A Notary Public is a state public officer appointed and commissioned by the Governor whose function is to: administer oaths, take acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments, attest to or certify photocopies of certain documents, and perform other duties specified by law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 4 hours prior to appt time for a full refund. Missed appointments or appointments not cancelled without a 4 hour notice are not refundable. All sales are final.
For mobile notary and loan signings, I service Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties in FL. Prices listed on the website are for Escambia county. All other counties within my service area will have an additional surcharge/fee depending on location.
*Remote online notary service is worldwide as long as you are a US citizen*. So, you can be anywhere, I personally just have to be in Florida for the notary service.
You will need a current (non expired) government issued photo ID and if witnesses are required, they will also need to be present, at the scheduled appointment.
*For RON (remote) you will need internet service , a computer, iPad or smartphone and a non expired government issued photo ID. Witnesses will also need same capabilities to also be present virtually and have photo ID.
Yes, RON platforms are safe! All information is encrypted and stored for 10 years.
